Sorry we're all sold out for Spring 2018! But we are accepting advance purchases for fall 2018 and spring 2019 crop. Get your orders in!
Will Bonsall, who probably owns the world's largest and most diverse private collections of Jerusalem Artichokes, rates Skorospelka as one of his favorites. And it's not hard to see why. With a tendency to produce a compact tuber set close to the rootball, Skorospelka is easier to confine withing a specific growing space. Not to mention, it produces nice smooth tubers that taste great.
For Fall 2018 shipments, we'll be digging and boxing up after the plants die back, in early or mid-October. For Spring 2019 shipping, we hope to start shipping mid-March, as soon as the ground thaws, but nature will be in control of that. If possible, we recommend fall orders; studies show that fall plantings perform a little better than spring plantings.
Sorry, no international orders - we only sell within Canada!
