Pre-orders are now being accepted for our Spring 2024 shipments, which should be shipped out around the middle of April. Get your orders in now, before we sell out again!

$14 per pound  (4-8 tubers; larger tubers can be divided similar to potatoes.  1lb should give you 10 plants.)

Will Bonsall, who probably owns the world's largest and most diverse private collections of Jerusalem Artichokes, rates Skorospelka as one of his favorites.  And it's not hard to see why.  With a tendency to produce a compact tuber set close to the rootball, Skorospelka is easier to confine within a specific growing space.  Not to mention, it produces nice smooth tubers that taste great. 

For Fall 2023 orders, we hope to start shipping mid October. Of course, the specific date is up in the air, depending on mother nature, but well get them shipped out as soon as we possibly can!
